Sublime will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the band’s landmark 1996 self-titled album with two special performances at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO on April 17th and 18th, 2026. The shows are due to kick off a yearlong celebration honoring the multi-platinum release.

On April 17th, Sublime—which in its current iteration features original members Brad Gaugh (drums) and Eric Wilson (bass) alongside Jakob Nowell (guitar, vocals), the son of late founding frontman Bradley Nowell—will perform Sublime in its entirety for the first time ever, featuring signature tracks like “What I Got”, “Santeria”, and “Wrong Way”. The following night, April 18th, the band will return to Red Rocks for a career-spanning set highlighting material from across its catalog.

“Red Rocks Amphitheatre is one of the world’s most spiritual places,” Gaugh said in a press release. “You can feel the power generated by the Earth here! I can’t think of a better place to play, for the first time, the Sublime self-titled album from cover to cover, than Red Rocks! One of our most magnificent albums on one the most magical stages if not THE most magical stage in the world!!!”

“Red Rocks is absolutely my favorite place to play in the world. The sound is amazing and I can’t wait to get back there and share this special event with everyone,” added Wilson.

The anniversary events arrive during a period of renewed activity for Sublime. The band is preparing to release Till The Sun Explodes, the first original Sublime album in 30 years. Its lead single, “Ensenada”, spent seven weeks at #1 on Billboard‘s Alternative Airplay chart in 2025, marking the longest #1 run on alternative radio this year.

Sublime’s connection to Red Rocks spans decades, with multiple performances at the venue contributing to the band’s lasting presence in Colorado’s live music memory. The upcoming anniversary shows follow a busy 2025 touring schedule, with additional dates already announced for 2026.

Tickets for both Red Rocks shows go on sale Friday, November 14th, at 10 a.m. MT here. More information is available at the band’s website. Click here.
