Holly Bowling is out on her first official tour, serenading Phish fans wherever she goes with her fresh take on the band’s catalog adapted for the piano. This past weekend Bowling opener her tour at Denver’s Quixote’s True Blue and laid down an exceptional set which included a gorgeous take on the Vermonters’ “Scents & Subtle Sounds” from their 2004 album, Undermind, with a “Went Gin Jam” sandwiched between. Who doesn’t love the Went Gin?
