Gov’t Mule has announced their theme for this year’s New Years Eve performance. Keeping up with traditions, Mule will perform covers to ring in the New Year. This year, however, that concept has been expanded to all three sets, with the whole performance mimicking the lineup of “Summer Jam,” a beloved festival at the Watkins Glen Raceway that featured The Allman Brothers, The Band, and The Grateful Dead.
This New Year’s show at NYC’s Beacon Theatre will feature three sets, The AllMule Band, The Mule, and Grateful Mule, and has been dubbed “New Years Jam.” A number of special guests will be announced shortly, so look out for a major Mule announcement soon!
Tickets are available here for 12/30 and here for 12/31.
