You don’t need proof to know that Pearl Jam is a well-oiled machine that, on any given night, will bust-out rarities from their back catalog, or a ridiculous cover to add to their already monster setlist that is typically in the realm of 30+ songs each show. Last night, Eddie Vedder and company continued their dominance of the U.S. with a rocker of a show at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY last night.

With such a massive setlist, you can count on the band playing fan favorites such as “Corduroy”, “Even Flow”, “Daughter”, “Given to Fly”, but also the aformentioned “bust-out”. And last night, Pearl Jam delivered “Education” to the masses, a song that appears on 2003’s Lost Dogs (and originally written and recorded during the Binaural sessions), which hasn’t been played since 2011, and one that Vedder dedicated to all of the teachers and students that were in attendance.

Pink Floyd‘s “Comfortably Numb” also had a seat at the table during the first encore. For the second encore the band left the crowd absolutely floored, as the seven songs to end the night included the hits “Black”, “Better Man”, “Alive”, “Baba O’Riley”, and “Yellow Ledbetter” to put a final touch on the night.

Pearl Jam with two nights in Philly at Wells Fargo Center this Thursday and Friday, and will head to New York City’s Madison Square Garden on May 1st and 2nd. Check out fan videos for “Comfortably Numb” and “Education” below:
