It is that time of year again….and by that, we mean time for some monster sets from The Disco Biscuits, along with sets from some of the hottest artists in the music scene today at one of the premier music festivals in the country; a little something we like to call Camp Bisco.  In its twelfth edition, Camp Bisco will be bringing you some of the best EDM acts in the world, including other high-profile names from the indie world, and the jam and livetronica realms to add the icing to the cake.

Held at Indian Lookout Country Club, just outside of Albany, NY from July 11th-13th, Camp Bisco has grown exponentially from its first year in 1999 at the TuneTown Campgrounds in Cherry Tree, PA with approximately 800 people to over 25,000 people in 2012.  The experience that many of us simply call “Camp”  has brought some memorable sets over the years, such as the first live US performance of Shpongle, as well as sets from LCD Soundsystem, Cut Copy, Skrillex, Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, Nas and Damian Marley, Snoop Dogg, Wolfgang Gartner, STS9, Umphrey’s McGee, The New Deal, Brothers Past and so many that we can’t even begin to list.

This year’s lineup continues in that fashion, with a myriad of incredible artists that will most definitely bring the heat.  As always, your hosts The Disco Biscuits will be leading the way with their brand of trance-fusion.  Following them will be massive sets from the likes of Bassnectar, Passion Pit, Zeds Dead, STS9, Animal Collective, Umphrey’s McGee, Flux Pavilion, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Lotus, Wolfgang Gartner, Dillon Francis, Squarepusher, Baauer, Boys Noize, and slew of other ridiculous talent, as well as a special performance by DESTROID Live, featuring Excision, Downlink, and KJ Sawka.

Brought to you by MCP Presents, Camp Bisco is the premier electronic festival in the Northeast, and strives to bring all in attendance the best festival experience possible.  This year will be no different, with large-scale art installations, artist workshops, performance art demonstrations, carnival rides, and interactive elements, expect more watering stations around the grounds, as well as more showers, wash stations, portable and indoor toilets, as well as food and craft vendors.  There will also be special curated tents hosted by Owsla vs. Boys Noize Records, French Express, and This Song Is Sick.  Yeah, it’s going to be a good time!

Clean Vibes will be on site reducing waste and setting up a trading post that includes a reward-based recycling program which encourages campers to collect and drop off recycling in exchange for signed memorabilia, upgrades, exclusive prizes, gifts and more.  But, as always, it is up to you to make it happen.  Be wise with your trash and recyclables!

While VIP tickets have officially sold out, there is still some GA Passes available, but not for long, as we have been told that Camp Bisco is close to selling out.  In other words, you best get on it.  For more ticket information and to purchase tickets, here is the ticketing link.  GA Tickets are currently $185 + fees.  There are also Travel Packages, Parking Passes and Long Distance Shuttles available from Albany, Boston, Baltimore, NYC, and Philadelphia.
