With the recent passing of David Bowie, many musicians have been eager to rework some of his music as a means of paying tribute. Undoubtedly, an artist or musician has been inspired by the life of Bowie, and what better way to share that inspiration than by performing his music live.

That’s exactly what STS9 had in mind last Saturday, January 23rd at The Shoebox in Seattle, WA, when they brought out “Totem” to end the first set. The “Totem” seamlessly segued into the funk-fueled Bowie song “Fame,” brought into the livetronica realm by the tribe themselves.
