Update: Todd Stoops’ sit-in with String Cheese on “Rosie” was so awesome, The Capitol Theatre decided to share professionally-shot video of the song. Check it below:
The String Cheese Incident ended their 2-night run at Port Chester’s The Capitol Theatre last night, with yet another incredible outing. The band’s first trip to the Northeast in over three years, in support of their latest album Song In My Head, has received nothing but stellar reviews, and with good reason. SCI appears to be locked in with one another, and in a great head space, as the band is nothing but smiles on and off stage.
Kung Fu keyboardist Todd Stoops was invited to show off his chops on the keys during a first-set closer of “Rosie.” Stoops and Kyle Hollingsworth traded licks as the crowd went wild. Full reviews with pictures to come!
