Umphrey’s McGee wrapped up a four-night run at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, CO last night, January 2nd. The band wasted no time getting to work on “Miss Tinkle’s Overture,” and continued to bring the heat throughout a powerful performance.

The show featured some guest work on “Sweetness,” as teenage guitarist Jaden Carlson joined the band. A teenage prodigy, Carlson’s style is reminiscent of Jeff Beck’s, with a smooth sailing tone that complimented the song well. It’s amazing how young she is too!

The show also included a cover of “Daffodils,” the 2015 song from Mark Ronson, wedged in the middle of a fiery second set that included a major “Wizard Burial Ground.” After an encore of “Uncommon > The Floor,” the band thanked their fans and wished them the best for 2016 ahead.
