Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds brought their soulful rollicking blues extravaganza to the Suwannee Hulaween main stage, complete with some very imaginative “Back To The Future” inspired costumes. A wild sit in from the one and only Roosevelt Collier for a double shot of “Johnny B. Goode” and Aretha Franklin‘s “Dr. Feel Good” was one of the many highlights from this mid -day scorcher of a set.
The band had the crowd dancing from the first notes, and kept the party going til the last echoes finally faded. Here’s five songs our own Rex Thomson filmed so we could share the magic with you folks. Special thanks to the band and to Sirius Satellite Radio for sharing the top notch audio for these clips. Enjoy!
