Sit-ins and collaboration are the name of the game when it comes to Jam Cruise, and there was certainly no shortage of intermingling and jamming amongst artists on the ship this year. The first night of Jam Cruise saw The Infamous Stringdusters team up with Nicki Bluhm for a blazing cover of “Not Fade Away,” which even includes a “Norwegian Wood” tease by Stringdusters’ banjo player Chris Pandolfi mid jam. Bluhm and her band The Gramblers will link up with the Stringdusters for select dates this Winter during “The Ladies & Gentleman Tour.”
