The 5th Annual Nolafunk Jazzfest Series will feature many unique collaborations and standout shows, including a funky throwdown with George Clinton & Parliament-Funkadelic on April 24, with support from New Orleans rising stars New Breed Brass Band. Other series shows include Dead Feat with Anders Osborne, Members of Little Feat, Jackie Greene & more, Los Lobos / Tab Benoit, Big Freedia / Soul Rebels with Tank & the Bangas, Voodoo Dead II featuring Steve Kimock, Jeff Chimenti, George Porter Jr., Jackie Greene and more. Also, a major national act performing under the pseudonym GroundUp All-Stars will perform on April 28.

The series has also just announced the New Orleans Rock n’ Soul Review on Saturday, April 23, featuring performances by The London Souls with special guests, Marc Broussard, Samantha Fish, and Jarekus Singleton. The London Souls’ set will be extra special, as they’ll be performing the music of Allen Toussaint and more, featuring special guests Eric Krasno (Lettuce/Soulive), Ian Neville (Dumpstaphunk), and Cyril Neville.
