When you play unabashedly loud rock n’ roll, chances are that you will suffer from some degree of hearing loss at some point in your life. Such is the case with AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson. According to reports, doctors have ordered Johnson to “stop touring immediately or risk total hearing loss”. The group was set to begin the second leg of their US tour in Atlanta, GA tomorrow night, but with Johnson’s prognosis they have decided to postpone the entirety of their remaining US dates.

AC/DC was set to play Madison Square Garden on April 4th. In a statement issued on the band’s website, they went on to say: “Tomorrow’s show in Atlanta through Madison Square Garden in New York, NY in early April will be made up later in the year, likely with a guest vocalist.” It will be interesting to see who the band recruits to replace Johnson.
