Atlantic City will host a new, free concert series, appropriately titled AC Jams, on the city’s famous boardwalk this summer. These all-ages shows take place at Showboat Hotel and Resort’s Garden Pier every Thursday at 6 p.m. ET starting July 8th through August 26th.
The AC Jams series opens on 7/8 with indie hip-hop duo Little Stranger with Dry Reef as the opener. On 7/15, guitar savant Brandon “Taz” Niederauer takes the stage with support from Annie in the Water. The following week features fresh folk singer-songwriter Sierra Ferrell on 7/22 with Joe Cirotti Trio.

Trey Anastasio Band sidemen Ray Paczkowski (keyboards) and Russ Lawton (drums) will then bring their avant-funk duo Soul Monde to AC on 8/5 with Waiting On Mongo.
To wrap up the summer, Miss Mojo arrives in Atlantic City on 8/12. Their soul sound mixed with the rhythms of New Orleans funk has caught the attention of bands like Galactic and Dumpstaphunk, with whom Miss Mojo has shared stages throughout their career. August 19th features the musical stylings of Philly-based Nick Perri & The Underground Thieves. The series wraps up on 8/26 with jam-fueled reggae vibes courtesy of Roots of Creation.
