Annapolis Baygrass Music Festival will return to the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in 2026 with headliners Little Feat and Yonder Mountain String Band. The fourth-annual eco-friendly fest will set up in Annapolis, MD’s Sandy Point State Park Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th [get tickets].

Annapolis Baygrass will gather renowned and emerging voices in progressive bluegrass, jam bands, and American roots music, including 19-time Grammy-winner Béla Fleck and his My Bluegrass Heart band, consisting of Michael Cleveland (fiddle), Dominick Leslie (mandolin), Jeff Partin (dobro), Mark Schatz (bass), and Jake Stargel (guitar). Fellow newgrass pioneer and Fleck’s former New Grass Revival bandmate Sam Bush will also perform.

Alongside these towering figures of bluegrass, Annapolis will present the next generation of artists with Mountain Grass UnitTophouseShadowgrassSister Sadie, and Fireside Collective, plus the Celtic-Americana fusion of Scythian. Grahame Lesh will supply some jams with Midnight North, alongside Jammy Buffet, Allman Brothers kin Melody Trucks & The Fitzkee Brothers Band, and Baygrass mainstay Geraldine. “We take a lot of pride in how we curate our bands and music to really create something special,” festival founder Ron Peremel told Live For Live Music ahead of the 2025 festival. “Once they hit the stage at Baygrass, they just collaborate between them, and that’s when we know the magical moment happens. That’s something the fans love.”

Two-day GA and VIP passes for Annapolis Baygrass 2026 are now on sale at their lowest price. Ticket prices will go up on March 10th at 10 a.m. The festival has partnered with several premier local hotels and campsites, offering discounted rates and shuttle service to and from many of the locations.

Beyond delivering a unique lineup, Annapolis Baygrass is a festival with a purpose. A portion of every dollar spent on tickets, beverages, and merch supports the event’s non-profit partners in their mission to protect the Chesapeake Bay. Since its inception, Baygrass has raised over $114,000 for conservation efforts, while spreading its mission with locally sourced food and interactive workshops.

The 786-acre Sandy Point State Park gives attendees a front-row view of the Chesapeake Bay’s beauty. Fans from 38 U.S. states, Canada, and Europe have traveled to the Maryland State Park, lying out on the sandy beaches and the park’s lush green grass.
