Arcade Fire is gearing up to release a new album Everything Now – due out July 28, 2017. The new music, co-produced by Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter, has been in the works for a while, following their 2013 Reflektor. Excitement is at an all time high, while the Canadian rock band plays through the UK and Europe for their Infinite Content tour. Today, the band dropped the second single from the new album, called “Creature Comfort.”

On the opposite end of the upbeat “Everything Now” single, “Creature Comfort” falls more within the definition of Arcade Fire. Angsty lyrics, electronic synths, looping beats, and anthemic choruses. Paired with the new single is this live performance video, with the lyrics running across the top and bottom of the screen. “God make me famous, just make it painless,” they scream.
