Arcade Fire appeared on last night’s episode of Saturday Night Live, marking their fifth performance on the late-night comedy show to date. The indie rock icons performed two songs, “Creature Comfort” and “Put Your Money On Me”, in support of their 2017 album, Everything Now. Additionally, the band appeared on a sketch about CBS news and the #MeToo movement, where Canadian producer Thomas Logan is confronted by a woman (Heidi Gardner) he sexually harassed, while former collaborators Arcade Fire learn about his misdeeds.

In related news, Arcade Fire recently announced a new tour, dubbed “Everything Now Continues,” that will bring the Canadian-American group through much of the Midwest and Southeast, including stops at Birmingham, AL’s Sloss Festival and Louisville, KY’s Forecastle Festival.

Additionally, Arcade Fire just unveiled a “double music video” for the Everything Now tracks “Put Your Money On Me” and “We Don’t Deserve Love”. Titled by Money + Love, the David Wilson-directed video stars the band and acclaimed Australian actress Toni Collette. Watch it here.
