ACL Fest, also known as the Austin City Limits Music Festival, will return for another two weekends this fall when the multi-day music event takes place in Zilker Park in Austin, TX on October 4th-6th and October 11th-13th.
On Tuesday, event organizers shared the entire lineup of scheduled performers for both weekends of this year’s festival, including headlining performances by Guns N’ Roses, Mumford & Sons, Childish Gambino, The Cure, Cardi B (weekend one only), Billie Eilish, Tame Impala, and Robyn (weekend two only).
This year’s ACL Fest, which presents many more female artists than the Austin festival is typically known for, features a lineup that also includes Kacey Musgraves, The Raconteurs, Gary Clark Jr., Lizzo, Thom Yorke Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes, Kali Uchis, RosalÃa, James Blake, Rebelution, GRiZ, Jenny Lewis, Banks, Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers, GoGo Penguin, JOSEPH, and many more.
The inclusion of Childish Gambino on the 2019 poster confirms that the musical alias for Donald Glover isn’t quite ready to retire his artistic moniker, as was rumored during his 2018 arena tour. The festival’s organizers, C3 Presents, have done a wonderful job curating a headlining roster that mixes artists from various generations and genres to lead the way.
