State Bridge Amphitheater, just west of the Vail Valley, plays host to Colorado’s first summer festival this season, the Beanstalk Music and Mountains Festival. An intimate and secluded retreat in the shadow of Yarmony Mountain alongside the Colorado River, Beanstalk offers a festival experience that can only be found in the Rocky Mountains.

The festival, which debuted in 2013, kicks off this Thursday, May 28th, with an absolutely stellar line up that features three nights of the Centennial State’s own The Magic Beans, alongside sets from Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Kyle Hollingsworth Band with Michael Kang, The Main Squeeze, Juno What?!, and Iron Horse to name a few. Add to this a couple awesome sounding unique supergroups which feature members of the Disco Biscuits teaming up with players from across the lineup and you have a festival with promises to be an unbelievable introduction to Summer 2015. Check out the full lineup here.

Pair the great music with daytime activities at the festival, like rafting, tubing, swimming, paddle boarding and hiking, and you’ve got yourself one great weekend! Beanstalk Music and Mountains Festival runs May 29 – 31st in Bond, Colorado. Tickets are still on sale now, so act quickly!
