On Tuesday night, Beck and Cage The Elephant continued their 2019 co-headlining summer tour with a performance at Holmdel, NJ’s PNC Bank Arts Center. Texas-bred rockers Spoon handled the evening’s opening duties, as they have throughout the trek.

The recent connection between Beck and Cage The Elephant extends beyond the stage. In April, Cage The Elephant released their fifth full-length studio album, Social Cues via RCA. The follow-up to 2015’s Tell Me I’m Pretty and their 2017 live record, Unpeeled, the new collection of songs includes the reggae-tinged “Night Running”, a collaboration with Beck.
