On the heels of their recent Red Rocks Amphitheatre announcement, Béla Fleck and the Flecktones have shared that they will celebrate their upcoming 30th anniversary with “the Flecktones’ most extensive tour in years.” Full dates for the run will be revealed “after the new year” as noted in the press release.
Earlier this month, Béla Fleck announced a very special Friends & Family show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on May 30th, 2019. The one-night event will see performances from The Colorado Symphony, Béla Fleck and the Flecktones(feat. Victor Wooten, Future Man, and Howard Levy), Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, and Abigail Washburn.
The Colorado Symphony is known for their standout collaborations with fan-favorite artists from the around the live music scene, having collaborated with artists like Lettuce, Warren Haynes, Elephant Revival, and others over the years. We can’t wait to find out what’s in store with so many musicians on one, magical stage!
As of now, Béla Fleck and the Flecktones only other scheduled date for 2019 is a performance at Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
