North Carolina-based six-piece funk/rock outfit BIG Something has detailed their 2019 fall tour on the heels of their previously announced Halloween and New Year’s runs.
Big Something’s 2019 fall tour begins with a performance at Leesburg, VA’s Tally Ho Theater on October 10th and ends with a show at Rochester, NY’s Photo City on November 17th. The tour will also see the band make stops at Bethel, NY’s Bethel Woods Beer Festival (10/12); Wilmington, NC’s New Anthem Beer Project (10/19); a previously announced two-night Halloween run at Greenville, SC’s State Theatre (10/31 & 11/1); Asheville, NC’s Salvage Station (11/2); State College, PA’s State Theatre (11/14); Harrisburg, PA’s Club XL Live (11/15); and more.
The sextet will ring in the New Year with a three-night run at Raleigh, NC’s Lincoln Theatre, set for December 29th, 30th, and 31st.
The band—comprised of Nick MacDaniels (guitar), Doug Marshall (bass), Josh Kagel (keys, trumpet), Casey Cranford (sax, EWI), Jesse Hensley (lead guitar), and Ben Vinograd (drums)—released their fifth full-length studio album back on April 20th, 2018 with The Otherside. The album was produced by Grammy-nominated producer John Custer and was dedicated to Paul Interdonato, BIG Something lyricist and guitarist Nick MacDaniels‘ childhood best friend, who passed away.
