Bill Murray and his Blood Brothers kicked off their tour over the weekend with two sold-out shows at Chicago’s Thalia Hall on Friday and Saturday.

Backed by Mike Zito and Albert Castiglia and their band, Murray played the role of frontman, hamming it up for the crowd and playing percussion on classic blues and rock covers including Bob Dylan‘s “Like a Rolling Stone”, Wilson Pickett‘s “In The Midnight Hour”, and The Kinks‘ “Tired of Waiting”. The Chicago area native also donned a Chicago Blackhawks jersey as he sang “Born in Chicago” by Paul Butterfield Blues Band.
