Billy & The Kids have added another performance to their ever-expanding run of reunion shows, this time including a late-night stop at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
In a post to the increasingly-active Billy & The Kids Facebook page, Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann invited fans in New Orleans to come by his own little Jazz Fest party at The Saenger Theatre on April 30th at 8:30 p.m. The Facebook post details the evening, stating that Billy & The Kids, which also features Tom Hamilton, Aron Magner, and Reed Mathis, will act as the house band “As we welcome various special friends to come jam with us throughout the two-set affair.”
This Jazz Fest performance is the third gig Billy & The Kids have announced for 2020, in addition to Skull & Roses and The Peach Music Festival, and will mark their first time on stage together in nearly four years.
A pre-sale for tickets to Billy & The Kids during New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival at The Saenger Theatre on April 30th begins today, March 4th at 10 a.m. CST and will run until 10 p.m. CST tomorrow, March 5th.
