Billy Strings has announced an “O Billy, Where Art Thou?” theme for his upcoming Halloween shows at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, which will feature a theatrical stage production and special guest appearances by Jerry Douglas, Sierra Hull, Duane Trucks, Lindsay Lou, and many more.

On Halloween night, Strings and his band—featuring Royal Masat, Alex Hargreaves, Billy Failing, and Jarrod Walker—will deliver a theatrical stage adaptation inspired by the beloved Coen Brothers film O Brother, Where Art Thou? Tim Blake Nelson—an actor and musician who starred in the film—will join the ensemble, along with Jerry Douglas (the legendary dobro player who contributed to the movie’s soundtrack), and Chris Thomas King (who portrayed bluesman Tommy Johnson in the film).

Also joining the fray are mandolinist Sierra Hull, Duane Trucks of Widespread Panic, cellist Nat Smith, songstress Rachael Davis, Cris Jacobs, and Lindsay Lou.

The festivities won’t end there. On November 1st, the ensemble returns for “One More Night on the Run! The Men & Women of Constant Sorrow,” where they will dive deep into the songs of Strings’ new album, Highway Prayers, and more. Fans are encouraged to dress in costume for both nights.

While only a few tickets remain for the Billy Strings Baltimore Halloween show, the November 1st performance has already sold out. For ticketing details and a full list of upcoming Billy Strings shows, head here.
