After announcing some spring tour dates today on their Facebook page, The Black Crowes two-plus year hiatus will finally be coming to an end.  The boys from Atlanta, GA will play a handful of shows in March over in the United Kingdom, before making their official stateside return at Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre on April 2nd-3rd.  The “Freak n’ Rollers” will also play NYC’s Terminal 5 on April 5th-6th before embarking on the rest of their tour, which will see them make stops in Washington DC, Philly, Chicago, Nashville, Austin, and culminating in a special JazzFest aftershow at the Mahalia Jackson Theater for Performing Arts in New Orleans on May 4th.

Joining the Brothers Robinson on tour will be Steve Gorman, Sven Pipien, Adam MacDougall, Joe Magistro, and Phil Lesh & Friends cohort Jackie Greene will take on lead guitar duties, as Luther Dickinson will be touring with the North Mississippi Allstars.
