On Monday, Bob Weir And Wolf Bros kept their 2019 winter tour rolling with a performance along the cold shores of Lake Erie at Cleveland, OH’s  Cleveland Masonic and Performing Arts Center. Just like those inspirational workout videos shared by the band over the last few days, the Wolf Bros show no signs of slowing down on this run as they filled Monday’s setlist with a mix of Bobby’s originals, Grateful Dead favorites, and a trio of songs out of Weir’s RatDog catalog.

The band’s performance started with “Cassidy”, a fan favorite from the Wier solo catalog, which was followed by a cover of Georgia Crackers‘ “Deep Elem Blues”. The band then dug into the RatDog playbook for a pair of tunes from Weir’s band starting with “Even So” and continuing right into “October Queen”. The band kept the first set going strong with a performance of the Dead’s “Looks Like Rain” before closing with Willie Dixon‘s “Little Red Rooster” and the always-lively “Deal”. Fans can watch the video below to see/hear the set opener from Monday.

The second half of the show saw the trio return to the stage with “Me and Bobby McGee”, followed by another RatDog tune, “Odessa”. From there, Bobby and the boys took the audience into more of a heady journey as they launched into orbit to play the Grateful Dead’s beloved cosmic ballad, “Dark Star“, only to transition into Bob Dylan‘s “All Along the Watchtower” after the first verse. The band returned to finish the second half of “Dark Star” before continuing the music right on into “Truckin”, followed by a cover of Eddie Cooley‘s “Fever”, and finally “Stella Blue” to close out the non-stop run of songs. The set came to a close with the band returning to Dead-land with a rendition of “U.S. Blues”, followed by a one-song encore of Dylan’s “It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue”. Fans can watch video below to relive the majority of the band’s second set from Monday evening.
