German electro producer Boyz Noize, in an interview with Rolling Stone, announced he is currently working on switching up his DJ sets for a live stage show for a future tour. “It’s going to be some crazy stuff”, he told the magazine in reference to a North America tour in November and December. Boyz Noize refused to elaborate further details on the stage set up, but it will make its worldwide debut in Berlin on October 6th.
In the same interview, Boyz Noize proclaimed a lot of current electronic dance music “too generic for me sometimes and a bit soulless”, before talking about how his new album, ‘Out of the Black, will have a sound similar to his 2007 debut, ‘Oi Oi Oi’. ‘Out of the Black’ is due out this October.
