Bruce Springsteen has announced new, rescheduled 2024 tour dates replacing the crop of shows he postponed last month. The E Street Band leader was forced off the road in September per doctor’s orders as he continued to recover from peptic ulcer disease. As a result, he cleared his entire 2023 touring schedule to focus on his recovery.
The new crop of concerts will occur over two legs, with shows in California, Phoenix, Uncasville, CT, Syracuse, NY, and Columbus, OH occurring in March and April. The latter three concerts were already rescheduled once before, back in March when the band postponed the shows due to an unspecified illness. A second leg of shows including two-night stands in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia along with dates in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore will then occur in August and September.

This year marked the 74-year-old songwriting icon’s first North American tour since 2016. The run kicked off successfully back in February but hit a brief snag with a trio of postponed shows in March. Following that brief hiccup, however, The Boss returned in full force and played shows around the world and in the U.S., with his last concert before these most recent postponements occurring at MetLife Stadium in what was essentially a homecoming show for the New Jersey native.
