Cast of Hands on a Hardbody to Perform at NYC Barnes & Noble

If you didn’t have the chance to see the short-lived play Hands on a Hardbody, which Trey Anastasio wrote the score for, members of the original cast will be performing at the Barnes and Noble on East 86th Street in Manhattan on September 4th.

The performance coincides with the release of the play’s soundtrack, which is set for an August 27th release date. The members of the cast will also be signing CD’s after the performance, which will begin at 7pm.

Anastasio was actually up for a Tony Award for Best Original Score with his Harbody partner Amanda Green, but lost out to Cyndi Lauper and her Kinky Boots score.
