Okilly Dokilly! What was once the catchphrase of beloved Simpsons character Ned Flanders has now been repurposed for the name of the first-ever “Nedal” band. Hailing from Phoenix, AZ, Okilly Dokilly uses Flanders references to form the body of their musical canon.
Take, for example, the song “All Things Left”, a homage to Flanders’ Leftorium store. Or “Nothing At All”, a reference to Homer and Ned’s infamous run-in on a skiing trip.

Naturally, the band members all go by Nedly psuedonyms: Head Ned, Red Ned, Thread Ned, Stead Ned and Bled Ned. Speaking to Music Feeds, Head Ned said their music is “not as fast as Bartcore, and a little cleaner than Krusty Punk. Not as heavy as Homer Jent. Nedal is a happy medium in the Simpscene.”
