Get ready for some catchy electro pop at the end of the month, as Nashville duo Cherub are heading to Terminal 5 on Friday, January 30th. The live act, known for the painfully addicting smash-hit ‘Doses and Mimosas’, have been on a tear over the past few years, selling out shows across the country on their way to their biggest solo NYC show to date.
After several critically acclaimed EPs, millions of YouTube views, a handful of hilarious videos, and an appearance on the top of The Hype Machine charts, Cherub finally released their debut album, Year of The Caprese, last year on Columbia Records. The release was supported by appearances at some of the country’s top festivals like Bonnaroo, Firefly, and Summer Camp, bringing Cherub’s unique, bouncy, non stop party nearly everywhere.
Expect hilarious lyrics, bouncy synth-pop beats, and tons of dancing when Cherub takes the stage at the end of the month. They’ll be joined by the Los Angeles based Mystery Skulls, whose bio includes the amazing description of sounding like ‘Prince fronting Daft Punk’, as well as ForteBowie.
