Horn-heavy Rock & Roll Hall of Fame outfit Chicago has announced a lengthy list of 2025 summer tour dates across North America [ticketing information].
With more than 100 million albums sold worldwide, the multiple Grammy Award-winning band has notched 21 Top 10 singles, five consecutive No. 1 albums, 11 No. 1 singles, and five Gold singles, with a total of 48 Gold and Platinum certifications by the RIAA. Among the band’s many lasting hits are “25 or 6 to 4”, “Hard to Say I’m Sorry”, “Saturday in the Park”, “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?”, and more.
The original three members of Chicago are Robert Lamm on keyboards and vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet and vocals, and James Pankow on trombone. The touring lineup also includes Ray Herrmann on sax and flute, Wally Reyes, Jr. on drums, Neil Donell on vocals, Ramon “Ray” Yslas on percussion, Tony Obrohta on guitar, Loren Gold on keyboards and vocals, and Eric Baines on bass and vocals.
The 2025 tour date announcement comes on the heels of a big 2024 for Chicago which included playing sold-out shows across America and in Japan, including a number of dates co-headlining with Earth, Wind & Fire. The group shows no signs of slowing down for its 58th-anniversary year in 2025.
Chicago will kick off 2025 with a January 24th appearance and performance on The Kelly Clarkson Show on NBC. Two days later, the band will hit the road for a previously announced string of Florida shows before getting cozy in Las Vegas for an extended residency at The Venetian Theatre throughout much of March. A run of April tour dates in the Southwest and beyond will follow.
The newly added Chicago 2025 tour dates will commence on June 13th at The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park, MN and continue around the Midwest through July 4th at Milwaukee, WI’s BMO Pavilion. After a two-week break, the tour will resume with shows in Virginia Beach, VA (7/22) and Vienna, VA (7/23) ahead of a lengthy run through the Northeast including stops in Atlantic City, NJ (7/26, 7/27), Bridgeport, CT (7/29), Boston, MA (8/2), New York, NY (8/6), Saratoga Springs, NY (8/10), and more. In late August, the tour will head west for shows in Utah (8/21), Colorado (8/23, 8/24), Idaho (8/27), Oregon (8/31), and around California (9/3, 9/5, 9/6, 9/7, 9/9, 9/10).
