Bluebird Music Festival has revealed the initial artist lineup for its 6th annual event, set to take place at Macky Auditorium in Boulder, Colorado on April 20th and 21st, 2024.

The festival, which benefits the Future Arts Foundation 501(c)3, features three separate events over two days. Saturday, April 20th programming includes five hours of performances from 2:30–7:30 p.m. while Sunday, April 21st will feature a special “Strings & Stories” session from 1:00–3:30 p.m. and an evening of full performer sets from 6:00–9:30 p.m.

Performers set to appear at the 2024 edition of Bluebird Music Festival include alt-rock mainstay and Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy, eclectic singer-songwriter Joy Oladokun, Americana bard Langhorne Slim, Canadian singer and multi-instrumentalist Andy Shauf, Kentucky folk outfit Bendigo Fletcher, folk-rock duo Briscoe, Nashville R&B/soul songstress Sunny War, and Colorado favorites The Cody Sisters.

The lineup announcement also includes a top-billed “Special Headliner” due to be announced at a later date. Per an announcement email from event organizers, “If you have enjoyed our bookings over the years, you will LOVE this year’s headliner. They epitomize the vibe of the Bluebird Music Festival. We just can’t announce until they have rolled out some other news for next year. But because of this headliner, this festival WILL sell out.”
