Boston-born soul pop band Couch brought its new EP, Sunshower, to the East Coast for some of the group’s biggest headlining shows to date.

Joined by 2022 Tiny Desk Contest winner Alisa Amador, Couch made a stop in the band’s hometown for a show at Royale on Friday before heading to New York’s Brooklyn Bowl on Saturday. The energetic young septet played a similar setlist both nights, with songs from the new EP, crowd pleasers like the catchy “I’m Leavin’ (The Na-Na Song)”, and a wide range of covers. Both shows included Justin Bieber‘s “Sorry”, “Conjunction Junction” from Schoolhouse Rock, and John Fogerty‘s “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?” with Alisa Amador joining in on vocals. Saturday also included covers of Billy Joel‘s “Vienna” and Harry Styles‘ “Late Night Talking”.

Couch continues the Sunshower Tour this week with shows in Bridgeport, CT, Philadelphia, PA, and Washington, D.C. before heading to the West Coast. For a full list of upcoming shows and to purchase tickets, visit the band’s website.
