Dark Star Orchestra, the long-running Grateful Dead tribute act, has announced a spring tour taking place throughout the majority of May 2023.

Following an appearance at Skull & Roses Festival in Ventura, CA on April 21st, the Dark Star Orchestra spring 2023 tour will get started in earnest on Friday, May 12th with a show at The Senate in Columbia, SC. The band will remain in the Southeast for the rest of that week for shows at The Refinery in Charleston, SC (5/13), The Ritz in Raleigh, NC (5/14), Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington, NC (5/16), and The NorVa in Norfolk, CA (5/17).

From there, DSO will head north for a two-night stint at Port Chester, NY’s The Capitol Theatre (5/19, 5/20) and a Sunday show at Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, PA (5/21). Finally the band will wrap up an eventful month over Memorial Day Weekend with its annual Dark Star Jubilee at Thornville, OH’s Legend Valley on May 26th, 27th, and 28th.
