Dave Matthews will appear as a special guest on the Tuesday, March 10th episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. A post on Dave Matthews Band’s website indicates Matthews will perform and sit for an interview with Colbert. Tune in at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS or Paramount+.

Tuesday will mark Matthews’ first in-studio appearance on Colbert since 2017, just two years after CBS launched Stephen as David Letterman‘s replacement. Matthews has since appeared on the program virtually, however, recording a pandemic-friendly tribute to John Prine in April 2020, shortly after the legendary singer-songwriter died from complications due to COVID.

This appearance comes ahead of Dave Matthews Band’s spring/summer tour, set to begin May 3rd at Memphis, TN’s Riverbeat Music Festival and run through the band’s traditional Labor Day Weekend sendoff at The Gorge in George, WA. The finale at The Gorge (9/4–9/6) will feature opening support from Jesse Welles, Stephen Wilson Jr., Sierra Hull, Watchhouse, and more.
