On Saturday night, Dave Matthews Band made the penultimate stop on their summer tour at Mountain View, CA’s Shoreline Amphitheatre. The band delivered a well-crafted set comprised of a number of fan-favorites originals, covers (like The Zombies‘ “Time of the Season” and Peter Gabriel‘s “Sledgehammer”), and cuts from their new album, Come Tomorrow, that have been staples of their setlists this summer. The show also included just the second rendition of “Old Dirt Hill (Bring That Beat Back)” of the summer following its 2018 debut at The Gorge last Friday night.

Following Monday night’s tour closer at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA, Matthews and guitarist Tim Reynolds will prepare for a pair of Dave & Tim engagements later in the month, including a slot at Farm Aid 2018 in Hartford, CT on Saturday, September 22nd alongside Willie NelsonNeil YoungJohn MellencampChris StapletonSturgill SimpsonKacey MusgravesMargo PriceNathaniel Rateliff & The Night SweatsLukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, and Particle Kid, as well as a set at Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival in Franklin, TN on Sunday, September 23rd. For more information on Dave Matthews’ upcoming dates, head here.
