Dave Matthews Band has revealed the special guests who will join the group during its annual return to The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA over Labor Day Weekend.
The three-night run, which comes at the end of DMB’s upcoming summer tour, will feature Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and Say She She on August 30th, followed by Cory Wong and Blind Pilot on August 31st, and Neko Case and Maggie Rose on September 1st. Both Cory Wong and Trombone Shorty recently sat in with Dave Matthews Band during the group’s two-night stand at Madison Square Garden in November.
Last year at The Gorge, DMB welcomed special guests Molly Tuttle and Sierra Ferrell to sit in with the band on nights one and three respectively and paid tribute to Jimmy Buffett and James Casey on night two.
In addition to The Gorge, Dave Matthews Band also announced the special guests for its weekend run at Alpine Valley in East Troy, WI. Katie Pruitt will open the first night on June 21st and Michael Marcagi will kick things off the following night on June 22nd.
