As Dave Matthews Band continues to celebrate their 25th anniversary on the road, the group has made an exciting studio release announcement. The band will remaster Crash and release it on vinyl for the first time ever.

The 2-LP, 180-gram vinyl release is due out on Friday, July 15th, and will be packaged with a new eight-page booklet filled with unreleased photographs. There’s also a limited edition color splash version on 150-gram vinyl.

You can pre-order the standard Crash here, and the color splash version here.

There’s also a new Live Trax release coming out, the 38th volume in the series. The new Trax will highlight a June 8, 1996 performance at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, which features a number of Crash songs that were fresh for that summer tour. “#41,” “Jimi Thing,” and “Two Step” segued into “Crash Into Me” all represent Crash on the new release. Check it out here.
