Tonight (February 25th) some of the most well-known names in classic rock will come together to honor Peter Green, the original guitarist for Fleetwood Mac. The all-star event branded as, “Mick Fleetwood & Friends Celebrate The Music of Peter Green And The Early Years of Fleetwood Mac,” will take place at The London Palladium and is set to feature performances from organizer Mick Fleetwood, Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), David Gilmour (Pink Floyd), Pete Townshend (The Who), Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Bill Wyman (The Rolling Stones), John Mayall (John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers), and more.
Ahead of tonight’s tribute concert, event producers shared behind-the-scenes footage from the show’s rehearsals, which gives fans a look at what the artists have been up to together in preparation for the performance. In a one-minute teaser video shared on Tuesday morning, everyone from Mick Fleetwood and Steven Tyler to Kirk Hammet and David Gilmour are all seen rocking out in the designated rehearsal space. Very rarely do this many names (and egos) gather in one space to perform together, which makes the new teaser and tribute show such a special occasion.

Veteran recording producer and engineer Glyn Johns will also be involved as the show’s executive sound producer.
Fans who can’t make it to the February event in London will be pleased to know that the concert will be professionally filmed for a broadcast release in the following months.
