Dead & Company hit the Verizon Center in Washington, DC last night, once again delving into the Grateful Dead catalog to bring out the classics. The band, which is comprised of Bill Kreutzmann, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Jeff Chimenti, Oteil Burbridge and John Mayer, continued on their phenomenal tour with a top-notch performance.

It all started with this version of “Truckin'”:

Tour debuts from set one included the blues standard “Big Boss Man”, as well as Grateful Dead originals “West LA Fadeaway” and “Loser”. Set two kicked off with this smokin’ hot “Bertha”, featuring John Mayer on lead vocals:

The set included even more tour debuts, like “The Wheel”, “Looks Like Rain”, and a cover of Wilson Pickett’s “Midnight Hour” to close the set. The classic “Touch Of Grey” put the finishing touches on a fine evening of music.
