The Gorge Amphitheatre located in Quincy, WA has been for Dave Matthews Band fans what Dick’s Sporting Goods Park is to Phish fans: an ultimate, end of the summer throw down with a couple thousand of your closest friends. Although the DMB tour continues through the Fall with a plethora of overseas dates on the horizon, the Gorge over Labor Day weekend has become tradition for the DMB faithful, as Dave and company just eclipsed the 50 show mark on their most recent three-night run.

The band took it upon themselves to draw from some of their earliest works each night, offering up several selections from Remember Two Things on Friday, their seminal work, Under The Table and Dreaming on Saturday, and finally focusing in on Before These Crowded Streets and Crash on Sunday. In addition to the collection of classics, DMB dusted off “Angel from Montgomery” for the first time at a full band show since 8/26/01 on Sunday night (see below).
