Dolly Parton will give football fans and less-interested family members something to be thankful for this Thanksgiving with a halftime show during the Dallas Cowboys game. The country legend will take centerstage halfway through America’s Team’s game against the Washington Commanders on Thursday, November 23rd.

As is tradition, the Cowboys will play a home game at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, playing at 4:30 p.m. following the other traditional Thanksgiving game by the Detroit Lions who will face the Green Bay Packers in Motor City at 12:30 p.m. Parton will take the stage midway through the Cowboys game for the spectacle known as the Red Kettle Kickoff, which raises donations for the Salvation Army. This will mark the 27th year of the country-leaning Turkey Day halftime show, with performers in recent years including The Jonas BrothersLuke CombsKane Brown, and others.

Dolly Parton and the NFL announced the halftime gig on Sunday with a joint social media post. In the brief teaser, Parton gives the National Football League a bit of her trademark sparkle by bedazzling footballs, playbooks, and jerseys with the help of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. “I’ll see y’all this Thanksgiving!” She says gleefully before taking her turn ringing a (befittingly bedazzled) Salvation Army bell.
