Dopapod will head south to the Lone Star State for a three-night New Year’s Eve run throughout Texas, the band announced on Tuesday. The quartet will ring in 2022 with a show at Deep Ellum Art Company in Dallas.
Dopapod’s New Year’s Eve run begins on December 29th at Last Concert Cafe in Houston and continues on the next night at Empire Garage in Austin. The run—as well as the year—then ends on the 31st with the show in Dallas. Per Phantasy Tour, these concerts will mark the genre-bending act’s first time back in Texas since 10/23/15 at Warehouse Live in Houston, TX. This adds to Dopapod’s previously announced, nationwide tour set to begin in the fall.

Pre-sale tickets for the Dopapod New Year’s Eve run in Texas go up on Wednesday at 10 a.m. CT with the pre-sale code “TEXET”. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. CT. For each ticket sold to any of the three concerts, the band will donate $1 to Sweet Relief Musicians Fund to further the organization’s cause of connecting music industry professionals with mental health resources.
