Eggy will head out on the road this fall for the band’s first full headlining tour. The new crop of 11 tour dates will send the rising Connecticut jam quartet throughout the eastern United States in September and October.
The trek will begin with previously announced appearances at Martha’s Vineyard Campout (supporting Pigeons Playing Ping Pong) and Resonance Music & Arts Festival in mid-September. Following a two-week break, Eggy will set out on a headlining tour with stops in Brooklyn (9/30), Pembroke, MA (10/1); Burlington, VT (10/2); and Columbus, OH (10/6) before heading to Livingston, KY for a set at Moonshiner’s Ball (10/7).
After that, Eggy’s tour will pick back up in Asheville, NC (10/8) followed by stops in Pawtucket, RI (10/13) and a trio of New York shows in Albany (10/14), Syracuse (10/15), and Buffalo (10/16). Eggy will then perform at Hulaween at Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL (10/28) followed by a pair of shows to be announced over Halloween weekend (10/30, 10/31). Finally, the tour will wind down with stops in Baltimore, MD (11/4) and finally Philadelphia, PA (11/5).
Pre-sale tickets for the Eggy 2022 fall tour are accessible beginning on Wednesday, August 10th at 9 a.m. ET using the code “EGGTIME”. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 9 a.m. ET.
Eggy’s stock has continued to rise following high-profile festival appearances, including pulling double duty at The Peach Music Festival last month with sets on two different stages on Friday, July 1st. Outside the festival circuit, the quartet recently passed another milestone with its headlining debut at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, NY. Billed as the Midnight Scramble, the Woodstock show featured a number of homages to The Band as well as guest appearances by members of Goose, Rusted Root, and more.
