Insomniac Presents has announced that the Electric Daisy Carnival will return to the New York City area for the third straight year, over Memorial Day Weekend on May 24 and 25. The festival will take place at Met Life Stadium in New Jerey, moving back to its original site after taking place at Citi Field in Queens last year.
EDC promises top notch production and artwork tailored specifically for the New York City edition of the festival. Insomniac will also bring over their giant, 40 foot animatronic owl, which debuted at EDC Vegas last year and will make its first ever East Coast appearance.
Tickets will go on-sale on Wednesday, December 11th, with General Admission starting at $199 and VIP starting at $299 before service fees. More information is available here.
