Elvis Costello & The Imposters have announced a slate of 2022 summer tour dates in support of their brand new album, The Boy Named If, which arrived on January 22nd via EMI/Capitol Records. The run of shows will see support from Nicole Atkins, Nick Lowe, and Los Straitjackets in select markets.
Costello and his Imposters—Steve Nieve, Pete Thomas, and Davey Faragher—along with the Texas-bred guitarist Charlie Sexton, will kick off the run of shows on August 6th in Huber Heights, OH. A heavy August schedule will continue north of the border at Toronto’s Massey Hall (8/8), before the group returns stateside and works through Buffalo, NY’s Artpark Amphitheater (8/9); The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York, NY (8/11); Bensalem, PA’s Xcite Center at Parx Casino (8/12); Ledyard, CT’s Foxwoods Resort Casino (8/13); Boston, MA’s Leader Bank Pavilion (8/15); and The Pines Theater in Northampton, MA (8/16).

From there, the tour will head west by way of Vienna, VA (8/18), making its way through Denver, CO (8/23); Salt Lake City, UT (8/25); Thousand Oaks, CA (8/28); and Anaheim, CA (8/30). The current dates will tentatively end in September with stops in Paso Robles, CA (9/2) and Las Vegas, NV (9/3).
