Fresh off playing the first installment of Live For Live Music Presents “The Funk Sessions” at Cervantes in Denver last month, Envy Alo is back with a new video for their love-inspired tune just in time for Valentine’s Day.
With their newest single “Be Good”, the Denver-based funk band has hit it out of the park with a catchy, powerful tune that is the perfect ode to your special someone today. Vocalist Callie Morrocco truly shines and the lead hook of “Be Good to Your Girl” is one message we can certainly get behind. The music video was filmed by Ninja Video Productions during a session at Evergroove Studio in Evergreen, CO. The carefully-cut video captures the live essence of all six members, most notably searing solos from bassist Karl Summers and guitarist Kevin Hinder. The track was recorded, mixed and mastered by Evergroove Studio owner Brad Smalling.
