On February 4th, 1977, Fleetwood Mac released their seminal studio album, Rumours, which went on to be the band’s most successful release to date.
Rumours won the Grammy for “Album of The Year” in 1978 and went on to sell over 45 million copies, placing it squarely in the history books as one of the best-selling albums of all time. The work is not only definitive of Fleetwood Mac’s pop-meets-rock trademark sound but has also gone on to influence modern American music in the decades since.
47 years after its release, mark the anniversary of Fleetwood Mac’s iconic album with some of our other favorite artists’ takes on tracks off of Rumors.
