Fruition‘s three singers and primary songwriters will play a run of ten intimate, mostly acoustic trio shows in November and December. Jay Cobb Anderson, Kellen Asebroek, and Mimi Naja will perform some of the band’s most beloved songs with a stripped-down instrumentation of guitar, piano, and mandolin and share the stories behind them at listening rooms around the Northeast and Northwest as drummer Tyler Thompson and bassist Jeff Leonard each take time with their newborn babies.
The Portland, OR-born quintet has four remaining full band shows before the trio run including a three-night Colorado engagement and an appearance at Rebels and Renegades Festival in Monterey, CA on October 16th. Fruition Trio will then kick off its ten-show run in the Northeast in mid-November with shows at City Winery venues in Washington D.C. (11/16), Philadelphia (11/17), New York City(11/18), and Boston (11/20), plus a stop at StageOne in Fairfield, CT (11/19).
Then in December, the trio will visit intimate listening rooms in the Northwest including Tractor Tavern in Seattle, WA (12/6); Capitol Theater in Olympia, WA (12/7); Aladdin Theater in Portland, OR (12/8); The Lounge At The End Of The Universe in Boise, ID (12/10); and The State Room Salt Lake City UT (12/11). The full band is also set to appear on JamCruise 2023.
